Cotaland just put a date on the calendar: September 26, and tickets are on sale today! This is the new park next to Circuit of the Americas in Austin, the one that has been opening in pieces for a few years.
Circuit Breaker, Texas's only tilt coaster, already ran last October during the F1 weekend. September 26 is the first time the whole park is open to everybody, 4 to 10 that night, then 10 to 7 on the 27th.
Palindrome opens with it, a Gerstlauer Infinity shuttle, 1,230 feet, 95 feet tall, 51 mph, 2 inversions, and it goes forward and backward. They're calling it the first infinity shuttle in the US. There's also Cloud Flyer, Downforce, Soggy Logger, and a $175 Hot Lap if you want to ride the actual F1 track. Crazy!
Opening day tickets are $99 (food and fireworks included). After that it starts at $65. Annual passes from $199. Theme Park Insider has the full rundown.
