- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- iOS version and device model (Settings → General → About)
- A screenshot or screen recording if you have one
Account, sign-in, or data issues
Email support@ridetrackr.app. Include the email address tied to your TrackR account. For deletion requests we will confirm via that email before doing anything irreversible.

We aim to respond within two business days. Bug reports that affect sign-in or data integrity get bumped to the front of the queue.
