TrackR Community Guidelines
Effective Date: August 16, 2026
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
TrackR is a place for riders to share useful, honest experiences about parks and rides. These guidelines apply when you post, comment, message in channels or crews, create events, or use other community features.
These guidelines explain the community-conduct rules in our Terms of Service. The Terms still govern your use of TrackR. If these guidelines conflict with the Terms, the Terms control.
1. Be respectful
Do not threaten, harass, or target other people. Do not post hateful or discriminatory content. Do not share sexually exploitative content, graphic violence, content that promotes self-harm, or anything that creates a credible safety risk.
Disagreement is fine. Abuse is not.
2. Protect privacy
Do not share another person’s private information without permission. That includes contact details, account information, private messages, precise location, or other information that could expose or endanger them.
Think before posting information about your own location, travel plans, or identity. Content shared publicly can be copied or shared by other people.
3. Share only what you have the right to share
Only post content you own or have permission to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are.
4. Keep it honest
Do not use TrackR for deception, fraud, spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial solicitation. Do not manipulate ratings, reports, ride verification, or other TrackR systems.
Some clearly prohibited words may be blocked before a post is submitted. Passing that check does not mean a post follows these guidelines.
5. Use TrackR safely
Follow applicable law, posted park rules, ride restrictions, staff instructions, and safety directions. Do not use your phone where phone use is prohibited or unsafe. TrackR is not an emergency, navigation, or safety service.
6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Use the in-app Report control when content may break these guidelines. Use Block when you do not want to see or interact with another person where that control is available.
We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content when we reasonably believe it breaks these guidelines or the Terms, threatens people or the Service, or must be handled under law. We may temporarily limit features or suspend an account while reviewing a report.
We do not promise that every piece of content will be reviewed or that every report will be resolved within a fixed time.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you post and for choosing the audience available in the feature you use. Do not include information you do not want that audience to see or share.
Deleting your original content may not remove copies another person already saved or shared. See our Privacy Policy for more about public content and your choices.
